1 General Terms & Conditions and Compliance

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

3 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on eb444:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 12–48 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Eb444 reserves the right to hold or cancel any withdrawal without providing a reason if fraud or a breach of rules is suspected.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

You must be familiar with the following rules before participating in any game or betting market on eb444:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, where the cash-out feature is available, it may be used under the applicable conditions.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, eb444 will refund the amount for that bet.
• If an event in Sports Betting is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with eb444's own policy.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on eb444 and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud, deception, or using another person's identity.

• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or device.
• Placing bets using software bots, scripts, or automated systems.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or hack the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in inappropriate behavior toward other users.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Eb444 may close or temporarily suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• In compliance with a court order or government directive.

A user's balance will be reviewed before any account closure. If the account is closed for reasons other than a rule violation, the balance will be refunded. If closed due to a rule violation, eb444 reserves the right to forfeit the balance.
